<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8275 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LONGVIEW ESTATES INTO 10 RESIDENTIAL LOTS; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2014-001 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Marty Harstad, representing Eichi, Inc. has requested approval of a major <br />subdivision of the vacant land known as Longview Estates, legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Mueller Addition <br />PIN 07-30-23-42-0066 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Marty Harstad with Eichi, Inc. has submitted an application for a major <br />subdivision which will involve significant soil corrections and grading to create 10 buildable <br />lots; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the community development and public works staff have reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and grading plans and finds them satisfactory ; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is within a designated wetland area and the City <br />Council passed Resolution 8266 on June 9, 2014, approving a wetland alteration permit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has received approval for this development from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the Developer’s Agreement for Longview Estates, an agreement between the City of Mounds <br />View and EICHI, Inc. represented by Marty Harstad. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of July, 2014. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
