<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8286 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorizing a Cigarette/Tobacco License <br />for Babelon, Inc., Doing Business as Sam’s Food Market, <br />Located at 2408 County Road I <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Babelon, Inc., recently submitted an application for a <br />cigarette/tobacco license for Sam’s Food Market located at 2408 County Road I ; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Babelon, Inc., has submitted the appropriate application materials <br />and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be July 29, 2014- June 30, 2015; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a cigarette/tobacco license to Babelon, Inc., doing business as Sam’s <br />Food Market, located at 2408 County Road I. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 28th day of July, 2014. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
