The question was raised on how the City <br />Council and Staff are to measure someone’s moral character. <br /> <br />The City Attorney will be present at this meeting to address the questions and the <br />concerns of the City Council. In addition, Staff notified all tobacco business of this <br />discussion last by phone and first class mail. There may be tobacco business owners <br />present at this meeting to ask questions and express their concerns. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff and the City Attorney recommend a review of the proposed ordinance. The City <br />Attorney will be available to answer any questions and concerns that were raised from <br />the July 14, 2014, City Council Meeting.
