<br />Resolution 8285 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the Longview Estates Final Plat submitted by Marty Harstad, Eichi, Inc. subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Prior to the Final Plat execution, the applicant shall pay a park dedication fee in the <br />amount of $12,000.00. <br /> <br />2. The applicant must pay for all costs incurred by the City concerning this subdivision, <br />including costs incurred by the City Attorney and city consultants. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall complete all requirements from the review by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall follow City Code Chapter 1127 for landscaping requirements. <br /> <br />5.
