RESOLUTION NO. 8305 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2014-003 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has requested approval of a preliminary plat for the <br />major subdivision of their three parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described lands are zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, and <br />legally-described as: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying <br />Northeasterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 10, and the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, except that part lying <br />Southwesterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 10, all in Section 8, <br />Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof. <br /> <br />PIN’s 08-30-23-42-0001 and 08-30-23-42-0012 <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Mounds View Business Park 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />PIN 08-30-23-42-0011 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has submitted a Preliminary Plat for the major <br />subdivision which creates 3 different parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is not within a designated wetland area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly-noted public hearing was held on Monday, September 22, 2104; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the community development and public works staff have reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and finds that it satisfies the minimum subdivision requirements as articulated <br />in Titles 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code and complies with county platting <br />requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4, the subdivision is subject to <br />a park dedication fee to be determined by the City Council; and,
