Resolution 8313 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed <br />the following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Aerial View <br />3. Final Plat <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the Final Plat for the Mounds View Business Park 3rd Addition, submitted by Multi-Tech <br />Systems, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee of $115,426. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall satisfy all requirements made by the City Attorney as stated in <br />the plat opinion. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall pay all accrued City costs, including those of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />4.
