WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br />by Council Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of living <br />adjustment and insurance contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain <br />internal equity; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends a COLA increase of 2% and a monthly insurance <br />contribution of $980.00 for all non-union employees, effective January 1, 2014 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 9T RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approves a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) effective January 1, 2014, and <br />a monthly insurance contribution of $980.00 for all non-union employees, effective <br />January 1, 2014. <br />Adopted this 25th day of November, 2013. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
