Resolution 8978, Accepting Bid and Awarding Contract for the Greenfield <br />and Groveland Parks, Tennis and Basketball Court Rehabilitation Project. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Peterson requested the Council accept bid and award a contract for the <br />Greenfield and Groveland Parks tennis and basketball court rehabilitation project. He reported <br />plans and specs were completed last year and the project was bid. He explained at the time the <br />project was bid the City only received one response. He stated he was pleased to report the City <br />received two bids after the project was rebid and the results were more favorable. He <br />recommended Fred Kolkmann complete the inspections for this project. Staff provided further <br />comment on the expense of the total project and recommended approval of the request. <br /> <br />Council Member Bergeron questioned when this project would begin.
