Her <br />supervisor, Sergeant Tim Wolf, has reviewed her performance as it relates to her <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Heineman has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of her <br />position, and therefore, a longevity wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS Police <br />Officers Union Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 8101, approving the longevity wage adjustment <br />for Officer Heineman. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
