He noted the capital 4 <br />outlays approved in 2012, along with the budget increase to public safety. He then provided a 5 <br />summary on the enterprise funds and thanked the Council for their time this evening. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Council Member Mueller questioned where MMKR received information on the taxable market 8 <br />value and tax capacity of the City. Mr. Nielsen stated this was built off the City’s comprehensive 9 <br />annual financial report. The numbers within the report were from Ramsey County. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Mayor Flaherty thanked Mr. Nielsen for his comprehensive presentation this evening. 12 <br /> 13 <br />7.
