a <br />NAME <br />I TYPE OF AID <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (PCA), continued <br />Clean Water Revolving Fund <br />Grants and Loans <br />an Water Revolving Fund, also known as the Clean Water <br />volving Fund or simply SRF, is established under the <br />Clean Water Act and state law to make loans for both <br />FState <br />urce (wastewater and stormwater) and nonpoint-source <br />llution control projects. The PFA prepares an annual <br />d Use Plan (IUP) based on a Project Priority List developed <br />PGA.
