The City <br />Council held a similar roundtable discussion back in June 2011. <br />Discussion <br />Those who have confirmed their attendance at the Work Session are: <br />Marty Fisher - Premier Commercial Properties <br />Current Mounds View Listings: Former Wonder/Hostess (2701 County Road 10) and <br />Bridges Technology Park (8400 Coral Sea Street) <br />Mark Robinson - Mid-America Real Estate Minnesota <br />Current Mounds View Listing: Subway building (2436 County Road 10) <br />Deb Goodman & Jim Stimmler - Kraus -Anderson Realty Company <br />Current Mounds View Listing: Silver View Plaza (2544 to 2574 County Road 10) <br />Terry Moses - ReMax Commercial Real Estate <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the City Council discuss the City's role in attracting business <br />tenants to Mounds View considering today's market and the current advantages and <br />disadvantages of Mounds View. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Heidi Steinmetz, Economic Development Specialist <br />
