<br />Item No: 07C <br />Meeting Date: January 9, 2012 <br />Type of Business: CB <br />Administrator Review : ____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br /> To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From: Desaree Crane, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br /> Item Title/Subject: Resolution 7881 Approving Step and Wage Increases for <br />Officer Kirsten Lafean and Officer Greggory Neumann of the <br />Mounds View Police Department. <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Officer Kirsten Lafean is a current employee with the City of Mounds View. Her supervisor, <br />Sgt Tim Wolf, has reviewed her performance as it relates to her responsibilities outlined in <br />the job description. <br /> <br />Officer Greggory Neumann is a current employee with the City of Mounds View, His <br />supervisor, Sgt Benjamin Zender, has reviewed his performance as it relates to his <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Lafean and Officer Neumann have satisfactorily performed in <br />the capacity of their positions, and therefore, step increase wage adjustments are <br />consistent with the LELS Police Officers Union Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7881, approving step wage increases for Officer <br />Lafean and Officer Neumann. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
