<br /> <br />Resolution 7903 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council, based <br />upon the above-cited findings of fact, does hearby overturn the decision of the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission as presented in Resolution 955-11, and does hereby approve the <br />variance as requested to allow one detached garage to be a height of 22 foot 10 inch tall, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant must receive approval from the Building Official for a new building <br />permit for the garage as it is actually built. <br /> <br />2. The applicant must pay the additional permit fees for the new building permit. <br /> <br />3.
