Public 5
Works Director DeBar stated the quality of the workmanship on this project was more important 6
than the roofing material. He indicated there was no warranty beyond the five years. 7
8
Council Member Mueller asked if the roof has had any leaks since it was completed. Public 9
Works Director DeBar explained a significant rainfall did take place after the roof was completed 10
and no leaks were found. 11
12
Mayor Flaherty commented the reroofing work was much needed as there were numerous leaks 13
in the roof at City Hall. 14
15
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney. Municipal Well No. 3 & 5 27
were last rehabilitated in 2005. 28
29
Public Works Director DeBar indicated the City has solicited quotes for the needed rehabilitation 30
project and Keys Well Drilling Company out of St. Paul was the low quote at $52,585.00.
