His supervisor, Deputy Chief Steven Menard, has reviewed his performance <br />as it relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br />Officer Keith Demarest is a current employee with the City of Mounds View Police <br />Department. His supervisor, Sergeant Bob Nelson, has reviewed his performance as it <br />relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that both Officer Keith Czarencki and Officer Keith Demarest have <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of their positions, and therefore longevity wage <br />adjustments are consistent with the LELS Police Officers Union Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7922, approving the longevity wage adjustments <br />for the employees listed in this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br />Assistant City Administrator <br />
