RESOLUTION NO. 7926 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2012 through December 2012 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to <br />cover the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 and has received <br />proposed policies from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust. (LMCIT) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT and pay <br />Maguire Agency the proposed commission for the period of January 1, 2012 through <br />December 31, 2012 and to make payment of premiums as they become due: <br /> <br /> <br /> Maguire Agency (commission) $ 2,000 <br /> Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) 71,205 <br /> Worker’s Compensation (LCMIT) 76,092 <br /> <br /> Total $149,297 <br /> <br /> Adopted this 23rd Day of April 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
