Reports of Mayor and Council. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Council Member Gunn reported spring break was approaching next week and cautioned the 25 <br />residents to be aware students will be out of school. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Council Member Mueller stated the Festival in the Park Committee was meeting again on 28 <br />Tuesday, March 20th at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall in the Conference Room. She encouraged anyone 29 <br />interested in volunteering to attend. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Mueller indicated on Thursday, March 22nd at 7:00 p.m. the Ramsey County 32 <br />League of Local Government would be meeting at the Community Center to discuss the Beyond 33 <br />the Yellow Ribbon initiative. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Council Member Mueller noted the Mounds View Business Council meets on Wednesday 36 <br />morning and Representative Tom Tilberry will be the guest speaker. The meeting will be held at 37 <br />the Community Center at 7:30 a.m. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Council Member Mueller congratulated The Mermaid for being the registration location for the 40 <br />2012 Back to the 50’s event held at the State Fair in June. 41 <br /> 42 <br /> B.
