Item No. 11.B.1 <br />Meeting Date: April 23, 2012 <br />Type of Business: Reports <br />City Administrator Review: ______ <br /> <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Mark Beer, Finance Director <br />Item Title/Subject: Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br /> <br />The Five Year Financial Plan (FYFP) for 2012 will be considered at the May 14, 2012 <br />City Council meeting. It will cover the years 2013 thru 2017 and will be reviewed at the <br />May 7, 2012 work session. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a component of <br />the FYFP. Staff is providing the Council with the CIP prior to the work session to allow <br />for additional time for review. <br /> <br />In most years we do not get to all the projects that were listed and they are <br />subsequently shifted forward. Council priorities may change and this would further <br />modify the CIP.
