Arbor Day Proclamation. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full declaring Wednesday, April 25, 2012, to be Arbor 35 <br />Day in the City of Mounds View. He was proud that Mounds View has been declared a Tree 36 <br />City for the past 30 years and encouraged all residents to plant trees to further enhance the City. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> B. Building Safety Month Proclamation. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full declaring May to be Building Safety Month.
