<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7958 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING AN OUTDOOR LIQUOR ENDORSEMENT <br />FOR EL LORO MEXICAN RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 2535 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, El Loro Mexican Restaurant has a current On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License on file with the City and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, El Loro Mexican Restaurant is requesting to sell intoxicating liquor <br />outdoors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 502.03, subd. 7 of the City Code, states that the licensee must <br />make application for the special endorsement to the City and provide site plans which <br />illustrate the proposed outdoor service area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary applications and plans for the establishment have been <br />submitted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of El Loro Mexican Restaurant’s Outdoor <br />Liquor Consumption Endorsement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Outdoor Consumption Endorsement for El Loro Mexican Restaurant, <br />located at 2535 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of June, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
