PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Rosemary Storberg, resident of Lino Lakes, indicated she had an interesting event occur at the 30 <br />Mounds View Theater. On May 17, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. she was leaving the Wynnsong Theater 31 <br />and tripped off the sidewalk. She contacted Carmike Theater regarding the incident. After five 32 <br />months, Carmike claimed they were not responsible. Ms. Storberg then brought her concerns to 33 <br />the City of Mounds View and it was found the sidewalk was in disrepair and a tripping hazard. 34 <br />She encouraged the Council to take action and bring this area into compliance with City Code. 35 <br />She then presented photos to the Council regarding the matter and explained she did take 36 <br />Carmike to court and won her case. 37 <br /> 38 <br />City Attorney Riggs thanked Ms. Storberg for her presentation and noted he would review the 39 <br />information to ensure that the City was not at fault. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Flaherty recommended Jeremiah Anderson review this location to ensure that no one else 42 <br />is harmed. He thanked Ms. Storberg for bringing this information to the Council’s attention. 43 <br /> 44
