<br />Section 2 <br />2-8 Ramsey County Multijurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan | July 2012 <br />Ramsey County is geographically located at the 45.03 latitude and -93.08 longitude according to the <br />Department of Natural Resources (DNR) tomography website. It encompasses 155 square miles. The land <br />was formerly farmland and is now part of the urban metro area. Its southern border is mostly composed of <br />the Mississippi River and the County itself contains over 80 lake basins. <br /> <br />
