These include Adelphia, BellSouth, Charter, <br />Comcast, EarthLink, Insight, Mediacom, Sprint, Verizon, and SBC Yahoo DSL. <br />2.8.1 Electricity <br />The main electric utility in Ramsey County is Xcel Energy. The City of North Saint Paul provides their <br />own electricity. Conexus is responsible for electricity in the northern part of the County <br />2.8.2 Natural Gas <br />CenterPoint Energy and Xcel Energy oversee the natural gas services throughout Ramsey County. Gas <br />services in Ramsey County and throughout Minnesota allow for gas marketers to sell natural gas in <br />Ramsey County. <br />
