<br /> <br />Apple Tree Dental PUD Amendment <br />Staff Report November 13, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action: <br /> <br />On Wednesday, November 7, 2012, the Planning Commission reviewed the request by Apple <br />Tree Dental, and voted unanimously 6-0 (Schiltgen absent) to recommend approval of the PUD <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The City Council should take one of the following actions related to the PUD Amendment <br />request: <br /> <br />1. Approve the PUD Amendment as requested. Resolution 8009 is attached for your <br />consideration if you should choose this option. <br /> <br />2. Deny the request. To consider this option, the Council will need to direct staff to prepare a <br />resolution with findings of fact to support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table action on the request.
