<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8019 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY AT AUCTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the police department acquired new digital cameras this year which <br />was an upgrade to the older digital cameras; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the older cameras and accompanying photo printers are no longer <br />of use to the department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contributing these cameras, printers and other supplies to the <br />Minnesota Department of Administration’s Surplus Services auction may generate revenue <br />for the city. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that authorization is granted to dispose of <br />six digital cameras, 3 photo printers and accompanying miscellaneous supply items <br />through the Minnesota Department of Administration’s Surplus Services auction. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: ____________________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
