General Fund Expenditure <br />Changes <br /> <br />2013 General Fund operating expenditures will increase by $124,803 or 2.47%, this includes personnel services, materials and supplies, contractual services, and contingency. <br /> <br /> <br />2013 General Fund capital expenditures, debt service and transfers will increase by $34,187 or 8.27%. Capital outlay and Transfers is the primary driver of the increase. <br /> <br /> <br />Total 2013 General Fund expenditures will increase by $158,990 or 2.91% over 2012.
