<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8037 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE TIMESAVER RECORDING SECRETARY <br />CONTRACT ADDENDUM FOR 2013 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br />Planning Commission meeting since 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has not increased rates since 2008; however, rates have <br />increased for 2013; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br />Secretary Service Agreement for 2013. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2013 service agreement addendum, as <br />attached. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of December, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
