<br />RESOLUTION 7740 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Bowling and Restaurant License Transfer from MoundsVista, Inc., <br />(doing business as The Mermaid) to Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing <br />business as The Mermaid), located at 2200 Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., has a management <br />agreement with MoundsVista, Inc. to manage The Mermaid facility; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MoundsVista, Inc. wishes to transfer their Bowling and Restaurant <br />Business Licenses to the Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing business as The <br />Mermaid); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all application materials and fees have been submitted to the City; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from February 15, 2011 to June 30, <br />2011; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a Bowling and restaurant Business License transfer to the Mermaid <br />Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing business as The Mermaid), located at 2200 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 14th day of February, 2011. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
