RESOLUTION NO. 7762 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2011 through December 2011 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to <br />cover the period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 and has received <br />proposed policies from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT) and Chubb <br />Insurance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT and <br />Chubb Insurance for the period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 and to <br />make payment of premiums as they become due: <br /> <br /> <br /> Internet Liability (Chubb) $ 2,500 <br /> Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) 86,304 <br /> Worker’s Compensation (LCMIT) 76,816 <br /> <br /> Total $165,620 <br /> <br /> Adopted this 28th Day of March 2011. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson <br /> City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
