March 14, 2011, City Council Meeting Minutes. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Gunn requested a correction on Page 3, Line 37, to read Club Mid. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Council Member Stigney requested a correction on Page 6, Line 28, which should read: ‘‘I t 19 <br />would have been better to not fill open positions than be in the predi cament to layoff an 20 <br />employee.’’ 21 <br /> 22 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. Reports of Mayor and Council. 29 <br />1. Reminder of the Town Hall Meeting on April 18, 2011. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Mueller attended the March 24th Ramsey County league of Local Government 32 <br />meeting, which was held at Irondale High School. She noted two excellent presentations of 9th 33 <br />grade students participating in the Project Citizen program and a presentation of Minnetonka’s 34 <br />Citizen Academy program. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br />Council Member Mueller noted all council members should have received a Ramsey County 39 <br />League of Local Government Directory. She noted the information within this directory included 40 <br />all City and County elected personnel and school board members within Ramsey County. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Council Member Mueller indicated the next Festival in the Park meeting was scheduled for 43 <br />Monday, April 18th and would be held at City Hall in the Conference Room. She encouraged all 44
