This will become <br />the basis for the Five Year Financial Plan and a starting point for the 2012 budget. The entire <br />Five Year Financial Plan will be considered for adoption at the May 23, 2011Council meeting. <br />The CIP attempts to provide a list of significant capital improvements that will need to be <br />considered by the Council in the near term.
