RESOLUTION 7781 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2011 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council passed Resolution 7700, which <br />approved the 2011 Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City currently does not charge a fee for an Alcohol <br />Consumption and Display Permit in the 2011 Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statute §340A.414, subd. 6, the annual fee <br />for this license is $250, and the City can impose an additional fee of not more than $300; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to charge $550 for this permit, <br />with $250 going to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (Alcohol Division) and $300 <br />going to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve the revised 2011 Fee Schedule by adding a $550 fee for <br />an Alcohol Consumption and Display Permit. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2011. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
