Discussion with Senator Pam Wolf 37 <br /> 38 <br />Representative Tom Tillberry introduced himself to the Council and thanked them for their time 39 <br />this evening. He reported on recent events taking place at the House of Representatives. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Representative Tillberry explained that the House majority has shifted this year, which would 42 <br />change the dynamic of both the House and the Senate. At this time, the governor’s budget bill 43 <br />was incomplete and actions were slightly delayed for this year. The legislative session was due 44
