PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />None. 30 <br /> 31 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 32 <br /> A. Dialogue with Senator Pam Wolf 33 <br /> 34 <br />Senator Pam Wolf stated she has completed her first year as senator and updated the Council on 35 <br />the past session. She explained LGA would remain at the 2010 level and that market value 36 <br />credits were being changed to market value exclusions. Senator Wolf indicated she put together 37 <br />a bill for the Mounds View sound wall, which was not approved and would be resubmitted in 38 <br />2012. She explained variance language was discussed and recommendations were passed along 39 <br />to municipalities. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Flaherty thanked the Senator for proposing a bill for the sound wall in Mounds View. He 42 <br />indicated this would become necessary if the Vikings were to relocate on the TCAAP property. 43 <br />He was pleased that the cities were again able to handle variance requests after review by the 44 <br />State. 45
