PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Beth Rogers, 8405 Red Oak Drive, spoke to the Council regarding the property at 8379 Red Oak 30 <br />Drive. She presented the Council with pictures of the site noting the yard was in great need of 31 <br />cleanup. Ms. Rogers indicated she had been working with Code Enforcement Officer Jeremiah 32 <br />Anderson to bring the property into compliance. She explained the home on this site was 33 <br />condemned and had no electricity or running water. Ms. Rogers requested the City take further 34 <br />action to remediate the site. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Flaherty recommended staff prepare the necessary abatement paperwork to assure this 37 <br />property will be improved. 38 <br /> 39 <br />6.
