Monday, November 28, 2011, City Council Agenda. 21 <br /> 22 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, November 28, 2011, agenda as 23 <br />presented. 24 <br /> 25 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 26 <br /> 27 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Beth Rogers, 8405 Red Oak Drive, spoke to the Council regarding the property at 8379 Red Oak 30 <br />Drive. She presented the Council with pictures of the site noting the yard was in great need of 31 <br />cleanup. Ms. Rogers indicated she had been working with Code Enforcement Officer Jeremiah 32 <br />Anderson to bring the property into compliance. She explained the home on this site was 33 <br />condemned and had no electricity or running water. Ms. Rogers requested the City take further 34 <br />action to remediate the site. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Flaherty recommended staff prepare the necessary abatement paperwork to assure this 37 <br />property will be improved. 38 <br /> 39 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 40 <br /> A. Presentation by Jerry Hromatka, President and CEO of Northwest Youth & 41 <br />Family Services 42 <br /> 43 <br />Jerry Hromatka, Northwest Youth & Family Services (NYFS), updated the Council on the events 44 <br />that took place in 2011.
