Resolution 7865 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves a minor subdivision of the vacant lot owned by Robert & Mary Pearson, <br />adjacent to their property at 2565 Sherwood Road, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Joseph Holl, buyer of Parcel A, shall officially combine Parcel A with his property <br />at 2573 Sherwood Road for property tax purposes. <br /> <br />2. Parcel A, as a vacant lot, shall be allowed to have accessory buildings as long as <br />Parcel A is tax combined with 2573 Sherwood Road. If these properties become <br />disconnected from each other for any reason, all accessory buildings located on <br />Parcel A must either be removed, or a house constructed within one year from <br />the date of disconnection. <br /> <br />3. Robert and Mary Pearson, owners of 2565 Sherwood Road and Parcel B, shall <br />officially combine these two parcels together for property tax purposes. <br /> <br />4. Parcel B, as a vacant lot, shall be allowed to have accessory buildings as long as <br />Parcel B is tax combined with 2565 Sherwood Road. If these properties become <br />disconnected from each other for any reason, all accessory buildings located on <br />Parcel A must either be removed, or a house constructed within one year from <br />the date of disconnection. <br /> <br />5. If new home construction should occur on either of these vacant parcels, the City <br />will require that a park dedication fee be paid to the City before a building permit <br />will be issued. <br /> <br />6. The Applicants shall arrange to amend the Certificate of Survey if changes are <br />required by Ramsey County. <br /> <br />7.
