<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7559 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHAIRPERSON APPOINTMENTS TO THE <br />PLANNING COMMISION <br />AND THE <br />PARK, RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning and Zoning Commission’s Bylaws, Park <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission’s Bylaws, and the City Code, these commissions are <br />to elect a Chairperson annually; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Park, Recreation and <br />Forestry Commission elected the following Chairperson and Vice Chairperson below for <br />2010: <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Gary Stevenson, Chairperson <br />Jean Miller, Vice Chairperson <br /> <br />Park, Recreation and Forestry Commission <br />Gerald Arel, Chairperson <br />Dale Aukee, Vice Chairperson <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council does <br />hereby appoint the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson to the commissions listed above for <br />the year 2010. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_______________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
