It is staff's <br /> recommendation that an offer of employment be offered to Woodrow L. Kocurek, Jr. Mr <br /> Kocurek is currently employed with the City of Eagan as a mechanic. <br /> Staff is recommending the following wage schedule for Mr. Kocurck <br /> Starting salary 85% of scale ($16.50 per hour) $14.03 /hour <br /> 90% of scale after 3 months $14.85 /hour <br /> 95% of scale after 6 months $15.68 /hour <br /> 100% of scale after 12 months $16.50/hour <br /> • All of the adjustments in the schedule are assuming Mr. Kocurek performance is judge <br /> satisfactory.
