RESOLUTION NO. 5087 <br /> 1110 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TERMS FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY'S <br /> RETAINER AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City should clarify a working relationship with Kennedy and Graven as <br /> City Attorney; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City, and Kennedy and Graven should agree to costs as outlined in the <br /> agreement as dated January 3, 1997, from Robert Long, City Attorney; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View approves the terms as described in the January 3, 1997 agreement and authorizes the Mayor <br /> and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City of Mounds View, effective February 1, 1997. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of February, 1997 <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City-Clerk Administrator, Charles S.
