- November 30 1995 <br /> - a <br /> Thanks for Hwy. <br /> 10 bridge vote <br /> To the editor: <br /> I would just like to thank the <br /> mayor and City Council of <br /> Mounds View on voting yes for <br /> the pedestrian bridge over <br /> Highway 10; and for doing it <br /> without raisins taxes to finance it. <br /> I and several residents of <br /> Mounds View are very excited <br /> about having a safe path across i <br /> Highway 10. <br /> Also, a thank you goes to (Parks <br /> and Recreation Director) Mary <br /> . Saarion and the Parks and <br /> Recreation staff of Mounds View <br /> for all of their hard work they f <br /> have put in on this project.
