The 2935 <br /> Highway 10 property is currently zoned R-3, Medium Density Residential, which allows foster care as a <br /> permitted use. The Waldoch's have found that the current Ianguage in the Mounds View Zoning Code is <br /> difficult to work with since the ordinance currently restricts the ages of the foster children they can provide <br /> care to and for how long they can provide foster care to each child. <br /> Discussion of a proposed amendment to the foster care ordin I <br /> ance Nas discussed at the May 06, 1996 City <br /> Council work session.
