Planning Commission Resolution No. 494-97 <br /> March 5, 1997 <br /> • Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Carol Hoopingamer, 8344 <br /> Groveland Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. Prior to City Council action on this request, the applicant shall provide the following: <br /> a. A revised Certificate and Plat of Survey adding a note stating "Utility and <br /> drainage easements have been dedicated by a separate recorded document <br /> dated , 1997 and recorded with Ramsey County on <br /> , 1997. " <br /> b. A document dedicating the utility and drainage easements to the City, <br /> which is acceptable to the City Attorney as to form, and has been executed <br /> by the applicant. <br /> c. Payment of a park dedication fee in the amount of$100 per Code <br /> requirements in Section 1204.02. <br /> • 2. Prior to the signature of the Mayor on the Certificate and Plat of Survey, the <br /> applicant shall arrange to have iron monuments buried at the proposed interior lot <br /> corners. <br /> 3.
