It appears to be vacated right of way possibly from a previous project. Ramsey County, <br /> and Evergreen Land Services have exhausted all avenues to establish the legal owner, therefore <br /> the property must be acquired through eminent domain. <br /> The following resolution is necessary for the City Attorney to proceed with the acquisition. Staff <br /> recommends Council approve Resolution No. 5102.
