Chapter 1110 . 04 Subdivision 5 <br /> of the Mounds View Municipal Code allows model homes within a manufactured <br /> home park (R-5 zoning district) with the issuance of a Conditional Use <br /> Permit. Mr. Liggett's request, if approved, would allow the display and <br /> sale of up to seven (7) homes. <br /> 11) <br /> The applicant's request is a result of his desire to upgrade the housing , <br /> stock within the manufactured home park. As opportunities arise (lot <br /> • <br /> vacancies) , the applicant would locate new homes on those vacancies and <br /> market them to the general public. All models would be fully set up <br /> including all appropriate utility connections being made.
