Due to the bankruptcy and receivership of the park, staff aniz. <br /> consultants are experiencing extreme difficulty in obtaining these easements. While the <br /> easements are not controversial in nature, and should not present any major problems, the owners <br /> are unavailable for consultation. The only other means of obtaining the required easements is to <br /> acquire them through eminent domain procedures. <br /> The following resolution is necessary for the City Attorney to proceed with the acquisition. Staff <br /> recommends Council approve Resolution No. 5108.
