Ms. Jensen has submitted the necessary information to <br /> comply with the requirements of Chapter 514 relating to licensing. An investigation was <br /> conducted. No implications were found. <br /> • Based on the above information, staff is recommending approval of the therapeutic massage <br /> enterprise license to Marlys Jensen, of Appearance Plus. <br /> If you would like any additional information, please let us know. <br /> • <br />
