The area shall be cut at least once per year to a <br /> height of no more than eight (8)inches if weeds cover more than 25 percent of the area. <br /> If such mowing is necess. and the area is likel to be seen by thepublic, a sign shall be <br /> posted advising that a meadow or prairie is being established. The size of the sign shall be <br /> one (1) square-foot and it shall be no higher than three (3) feet. <br /> SECTION 2: Chapter 607 of the Mounds View Public Health and Safety Code is <br /> amended by adding new language to Subdivision lg of Section 607.03, entitled'‘ ,NC T,;c <br /> ENUMERATED": <br /> g. All noxious weeds, "tall grasses" defined as anything over eight (8) inches io. <br /> and other rank growths', except as exempted in Section 606.02 of this Code. <br /> SECTION 3: Chapter 1005 of the Mounds View Building Code is amended by adding <br /> new language to a footnote within Subdivision 3 of Section 1005.05, entitled"BJ L` <br /> SANITATION STANDARDS": <br /> Subd. 3.
