. 1 <br /> City Council Resolution No. 5119 • <br /> May 12, 1997 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed general concept plan is consistent with the Mounds View <br /> Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of the Mounds View PUD Zoning District; and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the general concept plan for the O'Neil Property prepared by HLM Architects <br /> and dated 2/7/97, subject to the stipulations contained in Exhibit 1, and to the requirement that <br /> approval be obtained for a development stage plan and final plan as provided in Section 1120.04 <br /> Subd. 3 and Subd. 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1997. <br /> Duane McCarty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> • <br /> Charles S.
