This segment of roadway not longer serves a function of a County Trunk <br /> Highway. The City of Mounds View requested that this segment be turned over to the City in <br /> 1997. Included in the turnback program is the reimbursement of funds from the County for the <br /> reconstruction of the driving lanes. This amount$580,000.00, will be refunded to the City of <br /> Mounds View after documentation of a contract for reconstruction and paid invoices have been <br /> received by Ramsey County. Also included in the program, is the City's capability to add the <br /> additional turnback mileage to the current Minnesota State Aid System (MSAS). This action has <br /> • already taken place. <br /> The resolution before Council tonight, accepts the jurisdictional transfer and acknowledges <br /> Ramsey County's contribution of funds for the reconstruction of the road.
